Homeowners across the United States are reporting instances of property inspector contracting companies who wrongly enter the property and, in some cases, ransack the home for prized possessions and heirlooms. The Huffington Post was able to uncover more than 50 individual lawsuits from homeowners alleging that they were victims of negligent behavior and carelessness by major banks and the third-party contracting companies involved.
