Mr Davis and his staff worked very hard to get me a settlement in 2024, after a horrific dog bite in Seattle in 2023 which resulted in injuries and facial reconstruction. I hired an attorney in the Tacoma area after I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. After 2 years this attorney was only able to get a settlement offer of about $17,000 in which I was only about to get approximately $5,000. I refused the offer and told him to continue trying to get me a better deal. Fast forward a few months later this attorney told me if I did not accept the settlement he was going to drop me as a client, I readily agreed and proceeded to find new representation.It was late at night when I began, disheartened, looking for a new attorney, I was now stationed in Texas, a single dad with a 13-month-old daughter, and I was going through what attorneys I could find online.
