Davis Law Group Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of a woman who lost her husband in a car accident on State Route 2 in Washington State.

On or about February 21st, 2020, Jason Ebright (victim) and Wayne D. MacNeill were operating automobiles in King County, Washington. Jason’s wife Kelly was a passenger in her husband’s car.

Ebright was lawfully operating his vehicle west bound on State Route 2, approximately 1.4 miles east of 82nd Ave NE (mile post 59.20). MacNeill was operating a 2004 Ford F-350 truck and towing a utility trailer traveling in the opposite or oncoming direction of Jason Ebright’s vehicle. Suddenly, and without warning, MacNeill failed to control his vehicle and as a result crossed over the center yellow dividing line into Ebright’s lane of travel. MacNeill then collided head on into the driver’s side of Ebright’s vehicle.

Ebright sustained fatal bodily injuries as a result of the collision. His wife Kelly was a witness and a victim of the accident that took her husband’s life. herself, washing and folding laundry, cooking, and bathing were severely affected by this impact.
