We are located in the Fourth & Blanchard Building (also called the Sedgwick James Building) in Downtown Seattle on 4th Ave, between Blanchard St and Lenora St. We are two-thirds of a mile west of the Port of Seattle, a half-mile north of Pike Place Market, and two-thirds of a mile north of the Seattle Art Museum.

Seattle City Hall and the King County Courthouse, home to the King County Superior Court, are one mile southeast of our office. The William Kenzo Nakamura U.S. Courthouse, housing the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, is a half-mile east of us.

How To Get To Our Law Office in Seattle, WA

Driving Directions

• From the North: Go south on I-5 to exit 165B, Union St. Merge onto Union St. Turn right onto 4th Ave, and continue to our building on your left.
• From the South: Take I-5 north to exit 165, Seneca St. As you approach the bottom of the ramp, move to the left lane, and proceed through the intersection onto Seneca St. Turn right onto 4th Ave, and follow the road to our building on the left.
• From the East: Go west on WA-520, following signs for I-5 S/Portland. After merging onto I-5, take exit 165B, Union St. Merge onto Union St, then turn right onto 4th Ave. Continue on 4th Ave to our office.
• From the West: Head east on Denny Way. Turn right onto 5th Ave, then turn right again onto Lenora St. Turn right onto 4th Ave, and follow the road to our building.

Parking and Public Transportation

You can find nearby on-street parking on 3rd Ave, 4th Ave, Blanchard St, and Lenora St. There’s also a parking lot on Lenora St, between 2nd Ave and 3rd Ave. Another paid lot is on 5th Ave, between Lenora St and Blanchard St.

There are several public transportation options that stop at The Westlake Center, about a quarter mile from our office. These include the Seattle Monorail, Link light rail trains, and Metro routes 7, 10, 11, 43, 49, 257, 311, 510, and 545. Our building is also one mile north of the Seattle Ferry Terminal.
