"I would say unless you feel confident that you can handle this better than a professional attorney that it would be good advice to seek out an attorney that you feel comfortable with early in the process"
This video features a satisfied former client of Davis Law Group who suffered an unfortunate "string of bad luck" and was injured in a car accident in the Seattle area. She decided that attempting to handle the case on her own would not be worth the risk and called Chris Davis of Davis Law Group to represent her. Despite the insurance company's attempts to delay and deny the woman's personal injury claim, our office was able to recover significant compensation to help her pay for her medical bills and other expenses she incurred in the accident. Full transcription of the video: What can only be called a string of bad luck, I had just graduated, I had just finished Grad School. So just feeling like things were getting back to normal without full time school, full time work. And I was driving in our neighborhood, driving my boyfriend to work, and definitely had someone who was apparently not familiar with the Capitol Hill region just completely blow a stop sign and run into us significantly over the speed limit. I had actually just been cleared and released from physical therapy the week before where I could return to most of my normal activities, normal work stuff. And we were driving on I5 North and traffic was fairly slow-5 O’Clock on a Friday in the rain. No one in Seattle knows how to drive in the rain and had someone behind us come up going 60 when traffic was going 40 and jus slammed directly into the back of my car. Of course I got a lot of re-injury with my job, back, all that sort of stuff. It was a big setback. And of course, another round of paperwork, which I thought “oh there is already a first accident in progress, I don’t need more paperwork, it’s more complicated.” And there were a lot of things coming in the mail- both for me and for my boyfriend. We had two friends in the car with us who were then getting calls from insurance companies saying like “what am I supposed to be doing?” So for me it was extremely overwhelming. We talked, you know, between my boyfriend and I, is this something we want to try to navigate on our own and potentially get very confused and make some mistakes that could cost us later or pay someone else who can do it better? Which is kind of my general policy. It was really great to have someone who is willing to communicate by email. You don’t always see that and Cindy is really good for me and both my boyfriend. We are both able to have email open at work so even if you are on hold at a work call you can quickly take a look. And so also just being really prompt. It’s nice to be able to send an email and get an answer back the same day. I would say unless you feel confident that you can handle this better than a professional attorney that it would be good advice to seek out an attorney that you feel comfortable with early in the process because it’s much easier to do at the beginning before you start to get a lot of different phone calls and phone numbers and letters to have to deal with that you can have one point person from the start who will kind of help walk you through the process. "I called Chris...sat down in my house and answered every question I ever had."
This video testimonial features Rick, a previous Davis Law Group, P.S. client who was injured in a motor vehicle collision while he was working as a limo driver in Seattle. The crash left Rick with serious foot and leg injuries, and he became frustrated with the lack of patience and courtesy he received when he called other law firms to discuss his case. Rick had previously ordered Mr. Davis's book, "The Ten Biggest Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Washington Accident Case," and found the book to be 'really informative.' He called Davis Law Group to discuss his case, and after receiving a significant amount of compensation for his injuries was able to move on with his life. Full transcription of the video: It was October 21 and I was working for a limonene company, owned by one of my very best friends, and basically I was driving the GMC Yukon Denali heading northbound on West Marginal Way when some lady just missed the turn and hit me head on. The injuries I sustained were pretty much to my right foot. It shattered by heel bone because I was trying to get on my break but I didn’t get there before the impact happened, and pretty much just smashed my foot into the brake pedal and everything else in-between. You know, I listen to KOMO and of course I have heard of Chris’s advertisements and I said, well you know what, I wanted to get that anyways because I was in an industry where that could very well most likely happen and sure enough it happened to me. Yeah I requested the book, “The Ten Biggest Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Washington Accident Case.” It was the guidebook or it was the manual, per se, on how to deal with an accident. I called Chris just because he was the author and the book was really informative. I did call a few other companies as well. They were either too short with me or they just didn’t have any patience with me. A couple people didn’t even call me back. And I was like, you know I don’t really have time to play around with this kind of stuff. I called Chris and Mischelle came out within two to three days and sat down in my house and answered every question I ever had.-Rick T.
"We would have had nothing without Davis Law Group."
This video features a former client of Davis Law Group, P.S. who was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident as she was walking to catch her bus one morning. She suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of her head striking the ground after the crash happened. She initially believed that she could trust the insurance company to provide her with fair compensation for her injuries and other damages. However, despite the fact that she was crossing legally in a crosswalk when the accident occurred, the insurance company started giving her the run around and she quickly discovered she needed to consult with a personal injury attorney. That's when she hired attorney Chris Davis of Davis Law Group, who was able to recover a significant settlement that would alleviate the financial stress she had experienced and allow her to move on with her life. Full transcription of the video: I was hit in a crosswalk while walking to get to my bus early one morning. I was hit and thrown actually 20 feet in the air, which I didn’t know until the next day because I was hit and landed on my head and had a traumatic brain injury. I actually thought I was not hurt too badly, I went to the emergency room and then over the next few days, it got worse and worse. It was a little frightening. At first, I was pretty much down for the count. After about a month, I was able to go back to work – I had an executive position with a national nonprofit. Over time, I really couldn’t keep up, not realizing it, I kept thinking I could do it but I couldn’t keep up with the stress and the pressure and the things that I had normally done, and I eventually had to walk away from that position which was really sad for me. We were really relying on the insurance company, we felt like they would be fair with us. It seemed like an open-and-shut, I was hit when I was legally in the crosswalk, and there was no doubt that they would pay us for my injuries. At the zero hour, we realized that they were not going to. Disappointed wasn’t the right word, it was sort of shocked and devastated that they would treat us the way they did. They kept telling us, “We’ll get back to you.” There was probably a month of not hearing from them even though we’d tried to contact them, and that was when we thought, “Oh, something is really wrong here. They’re not being up front with us.” I had gotten luckily into an outpatient therapy group at the University of Washington and they kept telling me to get a lawyer, and I kept saying “No, we’re just going to trust the insurance company.” So that was playing in the back of my mind, and I thought maybe they were right at the very end. So we googled “brain injury lawyers” and there were three or four who came up, and then we saw Chris [Davis]’s video, and thought this looks pretty amazing. We should have gotten a lawyer a long time ago, but we just wanted to trust the insurance company. We came here, hoping against hope that you [Davis Law Group] would take our case, and thankfully you did. I just feel so relieved that there kind of aren’t words to explain, it’s over. It’s been almost four years, and I get to walk out of the office today with a check, and we would have had nothing without you all. I mean literally, nothing, or maybe less than nothing – I don’t know. So I get to walk out and be done and go on with my life. Thank you, Chris was terrific, Marty, Greg, everyone was so helpful and I always felt welcome when I walked in the door and needed anything, so thank you.-Laurie V.
"I can't believe what a great job Davis Law Group did..."
A previous client of Davis Law Group, P.S. was injured in an accident while riding as a passenger in a friend's car. While he knew that he should consult with an attorney to handle his case, he says that he was overwhelmed at first by the number of attorneys that were out there. After deciding to hire Davis Law Group to handle his case, he found that the entire legal team made his experience relatively hands-free, which made his life a whole lot easier. Client Testimonial Well what I did was I set up an appointment to come in, and then I went over the logistics of the accident [with Davis Law Group] and then decided after looking over the paperwork and everything that this is what I wanted to have happen and that I kind of want a hands-free situation where I don’t have to deal with this myself. I already felt like it was not my fault because I was a passenger, I don’t want to deal with phone calls, paperwork, and all the other things like that. I decided to go with you guys [Davis Law Group] and after that, it was pretty easy. All of my bills got taken care of by who they were supposed to get taken care of. I know there were a lot of hoops to jump through, mostly for you guys, but that’s what I wanted and I wanted it to be simple. I’m very happy, and I kept telling Leslie that I can’t believe what a great job she did. I know this isn’t your guys’ nutcracker here, it’s not the biggest case in the world, and you’re still helping me all the time that I needed help. Obviously, it was important to me and she made it seem important, so that was nice.- Former Client
"I Picked Chris Davis"
In this video testimonial, former Davis Law Group, P.S. client Lester Parker explains how he ended up hiring Chris Davis to represent him for the injuries he suffered in a motorcycle accident. Lester explains that the patience and convenience of working with Davis Law Group allowed him to recover from his injuries and eventually receive fair compensation that left him smiling during his exit interview. In fact, Lester says that if any of his family members or friends find themselves in a similar situation, he would recommend that they call Davis Law Group to represent them because of how much he enjoyed his experience. Full transcription of the video: It all started off with me being involved in a motorcycle in an auto collision. After that, I proceeded on to seek out a lawyer and Chris Davis’s name came up. I was searching for several different lawyers and I picked Chris Davis out. I sat down and spoke with him and he told me it would take time to do all of the paperwork and get all of the information from the insurance company, from myself and from the other person involved. I was really happy with Chris the day that I sat down and spoke with him. If at any time any of my family members or my friends ever get into an auto accident, I would definitely recommend Chris Davis. If I ever in the future have any other problems as far as automobile or motorcycle accidents I would definitely come back to Chris. I’m really happy with the way the people handled things [at Davis Law Group]. They are really patient, they returned calls, they answered calls, they emailed, you know, they made it pretty simple for me to stay in the game with them, and to have the patience that they allowed me to have to one day come in here and smile.-Lester P.

"Davis Law Group has been great…I didn’t have to do any of the work, they did everything and it was awesome."
This video testimonial features a previous Davis Law Group, P.S. who was injured in multiple car accidents in a matter of just a couple of days. After receiving some medical treatment for his injuries, he got frustrated with the run-around from the insurance company and decided to call attorney Chris Davis. Full transcription of the video: I got into two car accidents, one within one day and one two days later. At that point, I was injured a little bit I had some chiropractic stuff that I needed done and I went right to the chiropractor to get things settled for my health. So then I decided after some of the insurance companies gave me a little run around and weren’t really helping me out that I was decided well I need to take some legal action. I did a Google search for ‘attorneys in Seattle’ and Davis Law Group came up, and after looking at the reviews that the Davis Law Group had I was like, “Ah, this is the type of place I need to go.” So I called you guys up and I talked with Mischelle I believe and she said, “Yeah come on in.” Basically from that time on the Davis Law Group has kept me in the loop with how my case has been going and they did all the work for me, I didn’t have to go into any court rooms, I didn’t have to do anything I just basically followed the instructions that [my paralegal] Cindy gave me and she basically they took care of everything for me and it was the best attorney, lawyer experience that I’ve ever had, it’s been great. Cindy’s performance was great I really liked how she communicated with me, she sent me emails and then she would give me a call just to make sure that I got the email and wanted to make sure that everything was understandable. If I had any questions, if I didn’t understand something, I knew I could go to Cindy and I knew I could ask her anything, whatever it was, so I was on the same page and that was really important to me to know that I was in the loop, I just wasn’t kept out. I was able to know that I was in control still but the Davis Law Group was able to help me through my problem. It’s worth hiring a good lawyer to help you out because then you don’t have to waste your time and get the run around from the [insurance] company. The Davis Law Group has been great, they’ve taken my case from beginning to end and were able to get me a quick settlement where I didn’t have to do any of the work, they did everything for me and it was awesome.-Former Client
"Thank you to Davis Law Group for helping me out with this process..."
<!--cke_bookmark_235S--><!--cke_bookmark_235E--> "I was in a car accident a couple years ago, two years ago. I was stopped at a four way stop. I stopped and proceeded to go and a truck came from my right and hit my passenger side. But it has just caused a lot of pain. I have had a lot of pain in my SI Joint. I have had to do a lot of treatment; physical therapy, massage therapy, pool therapy. I am relieved the whole thing is over. I am satisfied with everything the Davis Law Group has provided me. I am bummed that I got in an accident because like I said it has affected my life. Just the pain and everything that I try to do in life but the Davis Law Group has definitely softened the blow from the accident. I think that having an attorney and a team behind you looking out for your best interest is the definitely the way to go. Rory is fantastic. Every time I had a question or anything she would get back to me as soon as possible; she was really, really great. Thank you to Davis Law Group for helping me out with this process and like I said I would definitely recommend any family friends to look them up if they were ever in a similar situation."-Former Client
"My settlement amount that I received for pain and suffering was twice what I thought it would be."
Jordan Hain is a previous client of Davis Law Group, P.S. who was injured after a teen driver ran through a stop sign and t-boned her on an arterial street. Jordan didn't even see the accident coming, but knew she was in trouble as soon as she started trying to deal with the insurance company. As she searched for an attorney to handle her car accident case, Jordan found herself uneasy with some of the advertisements she was seeing from other attorneys. Then, she found Davis Law Group and says that the personal service and actual results greatly exceeded her expectations. Full transcription of the video: Last year, it was summertime, I was driving down an arterial street and a 17-year-old girl was driving her dad’s SUV with her friends, totally blows a stop sign and t-bones me. I didn’t even know what happened, I blacked out because my head struck the passenger window. I didn’t even see her coming, there was nothing I could have done to stop it. The damage was really bad, her car flipped and my car ended up on the other side of the road on the parking strip, it was pretty bad. I had about a month of physical therapy, I went to see my general care provider as soon as I could after I got out of the emergency room, and he referred me to a physical therapist. I found [the Davis Law Group] website after I talked to probably five or six different lawyers and called maybe 15 different places. When I came down here and talked to Leslie, I thought she was the kindest woman I had ever met in my entire life, so I said let’s do it. You see [other attorneys on TV] talk about top dollar, and that’s great and everything but I didn’t really care about that. If an attorney is willing to take advantage of the other party, then I feel like they’re willing to take advantage of me. Attorneys like to use ambiguous terms like “attorneys’ fees” and “copy fees” and hypothetically, you know, they can charge you whatever they want to for that. I didn’t want to go to somebody who I didn’t think was morally sound, so to me, it was obvious. I am absolutely happy, because like I said I don’t want to make it sound like money was the most important thing to me. But being in an accident with a negligent driver, you feel angry, and I wanted to get what was fair. It’s not like I wanted to get like $20,000 for my poor back, I just wanted to get what I felt was fair for somebody injuring me in a situation that I had no control over whatsoever. Like I said, my settlement amount, the money I had received for pain and suffering was twice what I thought it was going to be. Like I said, it was not stressful at all, it required very little work from me, and of course everybody loves that. It couldn’t have been better. My experience in general, anytime I called the office or anytime I came down here, you guys are so accommodating. When I was talking to Barbara, and she asked if I wanted to come in Thursday or Friday, I said Thursday, and she asked what time, and I said 2:00, and she said ok. I said, “Just like that? What is this?” You guys are just so accommodating and everybody is so nice, and so I couldn’t be happier.-Jordan H.
"He is ON THE BALL in moving with the case!!!!!"
Initially, I hired a local firm in the Olympia area (of which I reside) but was greatly displeased with their lack of professional "abilities" (for lack of a better word). Therefore, I carefully and methodically reviewed the experience of several firms in Seattle, their attorneys, experience, client feedback, etc. I even went to the extent to call them up to speak with the attorney's person to person to "feel the waters". I knew I had to be careful about swapping apples for oranges as regards the current firm I had. And not knowing anything about law, or attorneys I had not much to go on except my own intuition. After about two months of carefully reviewing of these firms, I decided to order a book from the law firm of Mr. Christopher Davis. After my wife and I read his book, I was sold. I knew that this was the man I needed to run with my case. I spoke to Mr. Davis again by phone and set up an interview time. Mr. Davis was clear from the very beginning during our phone conversations about the kind of attorney to look for, but also the kind of attorney's to be careful of. He didn't blow his horn, so to speak, but I appreciated his humility on the phone, and honesty. He didn't sell himself as though "he were the man for the job!" My wife and I were very impressed by that character. Anyway, after meeting with him, I hired him. And although I am still in the middle of my case, I can tell you, this attorney is light years ahead of the firm I had, who boasted four attorneys, and eighteen on his staff in Olympia!! I am convinced beyond a doubt, Mr. Davis IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB! 1. He is very honest, and forth right. 2. He doesn't tickle your ears, and tell you what he thinks you want to hear. He let's you know what he honestly thinks. And a quality I admire,,,, he doesn't speculate! 3. He returns your messages in a timely fashion. 4. He is ON THE BALL in moving with the case!!!!!"-Johnny
"I felt like I was working with a family friend."
Our client, Autry, was seriously injured in a car accident in 2013 after his vehicle was struck by a 17-year-old boy who had stolen a vehicle and was trying to run from the police. Autry was minding his own business driving through Renton on an otherwise normal Tuesday evening. At the same time, a teenage boy had stolen a car and was being pursued by police at high speeds. According to police reports, the boy had also turned off the vehicle’s headlights in an attempt to evade police.-Autry B.
