"Now I can see why there are so many positive testimonials about this law firm. I highly recommend this law firm."
Posted on Avvo "I was in car accident and had suffered some knee and neck injuries because of the crash. I had lots of troubles trying to settle with the Insurance Company directly, so I decided to get in contact with a law firm. At first I had a bad experience with a previous attorney I had hired a different place. So I had done lots of research, before hiring Davis Law Group and I cannot describe how satisfied I am about the way him and ...the Paralegal handled my case. First, the way they handled the clients is top class; they always return phone calls and email messages, even on Saturdays! Greg is a very professional young lawyer who is very honest and knowledgeable. [The paralegal] is also very experienced and reliable. One of my friends who has known me for a long time and lives overseas and is also a lawyer, made very good remarks about the content of the letter that she put together for the Insurance proposal. What really impressed me the way she described my personality, in particular the details about way I lived my life before and after the accident. It was like if she knew me for a lifetime! It was very impressing how well she caught those details! She is also very caring and a good listener and kept me positive during the most negative times of my life. I have to say I will always consider her a friend for all the support given to me and the practical help, by contacting all my debtors so I could concentrate on getting treatment and healing. It also turned out in the end that the amount requested is going to be much higher than what expected, so I cannot really ask for more! Now I can see why there are so many positive testimonials about this law firm. I highly recommend this law firm."-Elisabetta M.
"I am sure this is more than I could have gotten on my own. I am happy about that."
<!--cke_bookmark_279S--><!--cke_bookmark_279E--> In this video testimonial, one of our former client explains how he was involved in a car accident with a driver that blew through a stop sign. Initally, the man thought he could handle the claim himself, but after negotiating unsuccessfully with the insurance company for several years, he contacted attorney Chris Davis and the Davis Law Group, P.S., after reading a copy of "The Ten Biggest Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Washington Accident Case." With Mr. Davis and his legal staff on the case, our client received far more than what he was offered by the insurance company. Video Transcription Driving along I was doing 35 on the street there and this lady just zipped right through the stop sign across right in front of me. And as she said later, she even told the police this at the time, 'I don't know the neighborhood, I was looking for the church, I saw the church, I did not see the stop sign.' I thought I could do it myself, I didn't really want to go through an attorney and I thought I could an offer the same thing that would offer an attorney and I just wouldn't have to pay an attorney. The adjustor, yeah, wanted access to all of my medical records and stuff. She doesn't need all of that. You can have access to everything involved in this case; you don't need anything beyond that. You don't need to know that I broke my hand in the 10th grade, you know, what does that matter? She kept calling me up and not throwing any numbers out or anything and finally she said 'you know just let me get this out there and get the ball rolling. I will offer you $500 for the each kid.' I thought $500 a piece? No way. And had ordered the accident book, the 10 million things that could go wrong in Washington state that could go wrong with your accident and I kind of page through that a little bit and I thought 'I am going to hire these guys.' So I gave you guys a call. I probably should have just contacted an attorney right away. I mean there were some of the things I did, some of the things I didn't. I am sure I missed opportunities but... and I also waited nearly two years to get an attorney so that was probably too long. Thanks you guys, I am sure this is more than I could have gotten on my own. Definitely so I am happy about that. I am always happy to get money.-Former Client
This video testimonial features a previous client of Davis Law Group, P.S. who was injured in a motorcycle accident after a driver pulled out in front of him. Even though there was no vehicle-to-vehicle collision in this instance, our client was forced to lay down his motorcycle, which caused him to suffer extensive back and shoulder injuries. After hiring Davis Law Group to represent him for his claim, our attorneys were able to recover the full limits of the insurance policy to reimburse the man for his out-of-pocket expenses and compensate him for his injuries, lost wages and other damages. Full transcript of the video: I was taking my dad’s motorcycle to the shop for warranty maintenance at the dealer. Its rainy February evening the roads wet and the kid pulls out of the gas station. I lay the motorcycle down actually, we never made contact so I missed his car so I didn’t summersault over his hood. So I had some regular stiffness you would expect from hitting the ground at 30mph and then in my shoulder and up the right side of my spine some stiffness and then like you stuck a knife in your shoulder socket. I talked to the adjuster and I don’t remember exactly what she said but it was like, well I’ll make you an offer right now, you know, kind of in passing. She just kind of gave me a low ball offer and at that point I was kind of suspecting maybe more of an injury since it wasn’t getting any better. I basically cut off all communication with her and then found a lawyer and then you guys have handled all the communication since. Well I mean it was nice because I just had more or less just one person who was fighting for me and I could continue with my everyday activities and, you know, at my leisure send an email or a phone call and say, hey what’s the latest update have you heard from this person? And I didn’t have to have any interactions. What has been settled it’s definitely been more than fair and actually it’s to the policy limits that were there, its paying me back for my out of pocket expenses. Marty did an excellent job, there’s no more money there for her really to get. it’s been a pretty smooth operation, so I’m pretty happy with what’s going on so far.-Former Client
"...wonderful...very quick response...it was very nice...you did a great job for me"
"...wonderful...very quick response...it was very nice...you did a great job for me" <!--cke_bookmark_85S--><!--cke_bookmark_85E--> This video testimonial features a satisfied former client who was hit by a driver who ran a red light, injuring her lower back and causing significant damage to her kneecaps. After seeing commercials for Davis Law Group, P.S., she ordered the book, The Ten Biggest Mistakes that can Wreck Your Washington Accident Case before talking to anybody. She consulted her own insurance company with her PIP plan, then contacted us. Full Transcript Of The Video A lady going 45 mph just ran the red light and hit the side of my car. I had lower back injuries, but mostly it’s my kneecaps, um, my knees came up and hit the steering wheel. And I have now lots of scar tissue and arthritis in my kneecap. So no more running or working out. Um, well, I had seen the commercials for the Davis Law Group, so I called and got the book, so I read the book real quick and I didn’t talk to anybody, and then I just kind of dealt with my insurance through my PIP plan as long as that would cover everything. And then I contacted Melina. She’s wonderful. I mean, we did most of the stuff by email but it was—very quick response with any questions and she’d get right back to me, with anything. It was very nice and easy to work with you. Well I definitely think that you need to not talk to the other insurance adjustor, ‘cause I really can see where that can be a trapping thing for you, but I just think you need to document everything you do, every time you go to the doctor, keep track of everything you do and how you’re feeling because I think that makes a difference in the end. But I’d definitely call you guys because I think you did a good job for me.-Former Client
"Your attention to my case has allowed me to focus on what's important to me, healing and recovery."
Posted on Facebook "Thank you so much to [Paralegal]! I've been working with her for the last year and I couldn't be happier. She is helping with all of the little details I didn't even know I needed. She is always friendly and ready to answer all of my questions. Your attention to my case has allowed me to focus on what's important to me, healing and recovery. Thank you!-Steve H.
“Don’t try fighting by yourself…They helped me a lot and I don’t have the words to thank them.”
Former Davis Law Group client Guadalupe Gonzalez was unsure of his legal rights or where to turn after he was injured in a car accident through no fault of his own. The accident was so severe that he almost lost one of his eyes and suffered a serious head injury after the impact of the crash threw him into the windshield. Thankfully, he hired attorney Chris Davis and Davis Law Group to represent him in a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver. His hospital bills alone were enough to make him worry about his financial future, but our office was able to recover a substantial settlement for him. Full transcription of the video: My name is Guadalupe Gonzalez and I am from Federal Way, WA. I almost lost my eye and pretty much got scalped from the back and then ended up in the windshield and I was just looking around. They told me it was pretty hard for the insurance like to get anything for the hospital to get it taken care of and I just really didn’t know how I was going to pay for like for a big amount, like the whole thing and the account on my bill. I just saw Davis Law Group on the internet and he just looked like, they just looked like they 5 star ratings and saying he was aggressive and his group, they wouldn’t take no for an answer in other words. And they like really helped a lot of their clients out and I just chose them. With Laura, she was the first conversation that I had. The first time I called in she went to go visit me at my house and we got some pictures done as soon as the accident happened. And then I met Greg down in Yakima and everything. He was pretty much good help because he would joke around with me; I felt comfortable with him and comfortable with the whole group. Even though I was with Laura just speak with her on the phone the day I met her too she was pretty much the person I thought she was on the other side of the phone. Just there to help and really did a lot for me. The best advice is to just give a call to one of these attorneys. I recommend the Davis Law Group. Hopefully Greg can take their case and you know, don’t try fighting it by yourself because it’s a lot of work and they can help you know. They helped me a lot and I don’t have the words to thank them.-Guadalupe G.
"If It Wasn't For The Davis Law Group I Don't Know Where I Would Be"
Damon Matz is a previous client of Davis Law Group, P.S. who suffered significant injuries in a car accident with a vehicle that had pulled over on the freeway without any emergency lights, causing Damon to crash into the vehicle. At first, Damon received a great deal of resistance from the at-fault driver's insurance company because there was not enough medical evidence to prove the extent of his injuries. Davis Law Group advised Damon to seek a second opinion from a different doctor, who eventually found that there were underlying issues contributing to his injuries and that he would eventually require neurosurgery to correct the issue. Because Damon took the time to seek a second opinion about his diagnosis, doctors were eventually able to determine what was going on and how to help him regain full control of his left arm. Full transcription of the testimonial: It was a foggy morning, the guy was stopped on the freeway and didn’t even have his flashers on or anything. I tried to swerve out of the way and I hit him at about 55 mph. At first, I lost the strength of my left arm and was not able to pick up my son – he was a newborn. I couldn’t move my head from left-to-right very well, and the doctors were saying it was a sprain-strain kind of thing. I went to physical therapy and was getting some strength back but I wasn’t getting all of the strength back in my left arm. My doctor said, “Hey, you might just have diminished strength now,” because of the whiplash. If it wasn’t for Barb here [at Davis Law Group] telling me to get a second opinion, I wouldn’t have found out that I needed to have neurosurgery because I had a disk that had compressed, of course, but when it went back it didn’t fully go back was making a calcium buildup that affected the electrical current going to my left arm from my brain. If she hadn’t mentioned that, I would have settled and had to pay thousands upon thousands of dollars later on and not be able to hold my son or anything like that because of something that my first doctor missed. If it wasn’t for Davis Law Group telling me to get a second opinion just in case, I wouldn’t be 100% healthy and be able to play with my son and everything to this day.-Damon M.
"Davis Law Group Helped Me"
I got in a car accident and I feel like they, the person I got in a car accident with tried to blame it on me basically and it wasn’t my fault it was all hers clearly they gave her a ticket. I was coming home from work and I was going straight through the light and she came toward me and tried to turn and she hit me on my driver’s side. My back just hurt a lot I wasn’t able to do any sports or go out and play soccer or basketball anymore and that it requires it requires a lot of movement. I wasn’t able to do that for about six months. The very next day they called me and they were like, they were kind of friendly but then they were kind of like, I don’t know I feel like they were kind of pushy like I don’t know I was like no I’m not ready for this and I’m up here by myself. I decided at that point because everything was just pretty much going downwards. I didn’t have a car, I couldn’t go to work, school. I talked to one of my bosses and she told me about Davis Law Group and they were able to help me so I just came here. Davis Law Group helped me out so much they took the stress away from me and I didn’t really have to deal with anything, I just had to give them information and I didn’t have to talk to the other insurance. I would say Davis Law Group did help me out a great deal. I would recommend Davis Law Group to anybody that is in trouble anything with car accidents even outside of that they could help you out.-Former Client
"...I totally recommend Davis Law!"
This video testimonial features a previous Davis Law Group, P.S. who was injured in not one, but two separate motor vehicle collisions. His wife was a passenger in both accidents as well, and after doing some online research she decided to call Davis Law Group to discuss their legal options. They found their paralegal to be extremely helpful and were surprised at how little effort the whole process required. Full transcription of the video: My wife and I were in two accidents over the course of about a nine-month period, and both of them were the other driver’s fault. We both had injuries that required different medical procedures, physical therapy and doctor’s visits, and it was just kind of a nightmare. What we wanted to do is find someone who was able to help us and [we wouldn’t] have to worry about doing all of the paper work and making sure we were compensated for all of the suffering that we were going through at that time. I had just recently been laid off from work, which was not a wonderful experience as you can imagine. We were traveling on northbound I-5 on a fairly clear, March afternoon – I do believe it was in March. We were doing about 40 [mph] with the rest of traffic and somebody just plowed into us at about 60 mph. We wanted to have somebody take care of this for us. My wife is extremely astute, and she was on top of it almost immediately. She wanted to find someone who made it so we didn’t have to worry about all of the bureaucracy and red tape, and we were able to just get through our recovery. She did a lot of searching online and Davis Law [Group] was somebody that came with a lot of good recommendations, so we called you guys up and you took us in a couple of days, and it’s been pretty smooth sailing ever since. It’s been really, really great. Cindy, who is our paralegal that worked on our case, was extremely helpful. She was always on top of everything, whenever there was any sort of updates we were informed very quickly. After our first accident happened, it was a few months later that we got into a second accident and we just called her up and we came in and she took it upon herself to get that one rolling too. I totally recommend Davis Law [Group], like I was saying Cindy has been fantastic; I email her and as long as it’s not a holiday she gets back to me within a few hours. She always has constant information, she called me to set up everything. Whenever she had news, she would make sure to have that extra personal touch and make sure that we actually talked over the phone at least once a month.-Former Client
"I would say unless you feel confident that you can handle this better than a professional attorney that it would be good advice to seek out an attorney that you feel comfortable with early in the process"
This video features a satisfied former client of Davis Law Group who suffered an unfortunate "string of bad luck" and was injured in a car accident in the Seattle area. She decided that attempting to handle the case on her own would not be worth the risk and called Chris Davis of Davis Law Group to represent her. Despite the insurance company's attempts to delay and deny the woman's personal injury claim, our office was able to recover significant compensation to help her pay for her medical bills and other expenses she incurred in the accident. Full transcription of the video: What can only be called a string of bad luck, I had just graduated, I had just finished Grad School. So just feeling like things were getting back to normal without full time school, full time work. And I was driving in our neighborhood, driving my boyfriend to work, and definitely had someone who was apparently not familiar with the Capitol Hill region just completely blow a stop sign and run into us significantly over the speed limit. I had actually just been cleared and released from physical therapy the week before where I could return to most of my normal activities, normal work stuff. And we were driving on I5 North and traffic was fairly slow-5 O’Clock on a Friday in the rain. No one in Seattle knows how to drive in the rain and had someone behind us come up going 60 when traffic was going 40 and jus slammed directly into the back of my car. Of course I got a lot of re-injury with my job, back, all that sort of stuff. It was a big setback. And of course, another round of paperwork, which I thought “oh there is already a first accident in progress, I don’t need more paperwork, it’s more complicated.” And there were a lot of things coming in the mail- both for me and for my boyfriend. We had two friends in the car with us who were then getting calls from insurance companies saying like “what am I supposed to be doing?” So for me it was extremely overwhelming. We talked, you know, between my boyfriend and I, is this something we want to try to navigate on our own and potentially get very confused and make some mistakes that could cost us later or pay someone else who can do it better? Which is kind of my general policy. It was really great to have someone who is willing to communicate by email. You don’t always see that and Cindy is really good for me and both my boyfriend. We are both able to have email open at work so even if you are on hold at a work call you can quickly take a look. And so also just being really prompt. It’s nice to be able to send an email and get an answer back the same day. I would say unless you feel confident that you can handle this better than a professional attorney that it would be good advice to seek out an attorney that you feel comfortable with early in the process because it’s much easier to do at the beginning before you start to get a lot of different phone calls and phone numbers and letters to have to deal with that you can have one point person from the start who will kind of help walk you through the process. "I called Chris...sat down in my house and answered every question I ever had."
This video testimonial features Rick, a previous Davis Law Group, P.S. client who was injured in a motor vehicle collision while he was working as a limo driver in Seattle. The crash left Rick with serious foot and leg injuries, and he became frustrated with the lack of patience and courtesy he received when he called other law firms to discuss his case. Rick had previously ordered Mr. Davis's book, "The Ten Biggest Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Washington Accident Case," and found the book to be 'really informative.' He called Davis Law Group to discuss his case, and after receiving a significant amount of compensation for his injuries was able to move on with his life. Full transcription of the video: It was October 21 and I was working for a limonene company, owned by one of my very best friends, and basically I was driving the GMC Yukon Denali heading northbound on West Marginal Way when some lady just missed the turn and hit me head on. The injuries I sustained were pretty much to my right foot. It shattered by heel bone because I was trying to get on my break but I didn’t get there before the impact happened, and pretty much just smashed my foot into the brake pedal and everything else in-between. You know, I listen to KOMO and of course I have heard of Chris’s advertisements and I said, well you know what, I wanted to get that anyways because I was in an industry where that could very well most likely happen and sure enough it happened to me. Yeah I requested the book, “The Ten Biggest Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Washington Accident Case.” It was the guidebook or it was the manual, per se, on how to deal with an accident. I called Chris just because he was the author and the book was really informative. I did call a few other companies as well. They were either too short with me or they just didn’t have any patience with me. A couple people didn’t even call me back. And I was like, you know I don’t really have time to play around with this kind of stuff. I called Chris and Mischelle came out within two to three days and sat down in my house and answered every question I ever had.-Rick T.
"We would have had nothing without Davis Law Group."
This video features a former client of Davis Law Group, P.S., who was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident as she was walking to catch her bus one morning. She suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of her head striking the ground after the crash happened. She initially believed that she could trust the insurance company to provide her with fair compensation for her injuries and other damages. However, despite the fact that she was crossing legally in a crosswalk when the accident occurred, the insurance company started giving her the run around and she quickly discovered she needed to consult with a personal injury attorney. That's when she hired attorney Chris Davis of Davis Law Group, who was able to recover a significant settlement that would alleviate the financial stress she had experienced and allow her to move on with her life. Video Transcription I was hit in a crosswalk while walking to get to my bus early one morning. I was hit and thrown actually 20 feet in the air, which I didn’t know until the next day because I was hit and landed on my head and had a traumatic brain injury. I actually thought I was not hurt too badly, I went to the emergency room and then over the next few days, it got worse and worse. It was a little frightening. At first, I was pretty much down for the count. After about a month, I was able to go back to work – I had an executive position with a national nonprofit. Over time, I really couldn’t keep up, not realizing it, I kept thinking I could do it but I couldn’t keep up with the stress and the pressure and the things that I had normally done, and I eventually had to walk away from that position which was really sad for me. We were really relying on the insurance company, we felt like they would be fair with us. It seemed like an open-and-shut, I was hit when I was legally in the crosswalk, and there was no doubt that they would pay us for my injuries. At the zero hour, we realized that they were not going to. Disappointed wasn’t the right word, it was sort of shocked and devastated that they would treat us the way they did. They kept telling us, “We’ll get back to you.” There was probably a month of not hearing from them even though we’d tried to contact them, and that was when we thought, “Oh, something is really wrong here. They’re not being up front with us.” I had gotten luckily into an outpatient therapy group at the University of Washington and they kept telling me to get a lawyer, and I kept saying “No, we’re just going to trust the insurance company.” So that was playing in the back of my mind, and I thought maybe they were right at the very end. So we googled “brain injury lawyers” and there were three or four who came up, and then we saw Chris [Davis]’s video, and thought this looks pretty amazing. We should have gotten a lawyer a long time ago, but we just wanted to trust the insurance company. We came here, hoping against hope that you [Davis Law Group] would take our case, and thankfully you did. I just feel so relieved that there kind of aren’t words to explain, it’s over. It’s been almost four years, and I get to walk out of the office today with a check, and we would have had nothing without you all. I mean literally, nothing, or maybe less than nothing – I don’t know. So I get to walk out and be done and go on with my life. Thank you, Chris was terrific, Marty, Greg, everyone was so helpful and I always felt welcome when I walked in the door and needed anything, so thank you.-Laurie V.
