Attorney Biography – Kyle Jones, Esq.

Kyle Jones is an experienced litigator typically retained in large and complex cases. Prior to joining Davis Law Group Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers in late 2021, he spent over a decade practicing primarily defense litigation in California and Washington state courts and federal district courts across the nation.

He has litigated cases to conclusion in the areas of professional, general, and premises liability, as well as construction defect, environmental law, multi-employer worksite liability, business and contract law, D & O, landlord-tenant, defamation, nuisance, insurance bad faith, and automobile and trucking personal injury and wrongful death. He has successfully argued multiple cases at the Washington State Court of Appeals and taken multiple cases to verdict. The breadth of Kyle’s experience makes him a formidable opponent in court at every level and every stage of litigation.

Kyle graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 before attending the UCLA School of Law. Kyle started his career as in-house counsel for a large real estate company in the aftermath of the great recession. From the start of his time practicing law, Kyle was in court arguing dozens of cases. From there, he went on to work for the largest law firm in Los Angeles, where he defended professionals in malpractice claims. Following many successful years as an insurance and private defense attorney in Los Angeles, Kyle and his family relocated to Seattle.

In 2021, he started representing plaintiffs for Davis Law Group Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers and immediately began delivering excellent results for his clients. In the 2+ years since he began representing plaintiffs at Davis Law Group Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers, Kyle has been involved in over $50 million in successful outcomes (verdicts, awards, and settlements) for his clients. Kyle is responsible for what is believed to be the largest single-amputation settlement in Washington state history at $14 million. Kyle has delivered numerous multi-million-dollar settlements to his clients. Every case is different, but Kyle excels at delivering clients case results that they never believed possible.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys running, biking, and swimming, and spending time with his family and their golden retriever, Mango.

Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and went on to UCLA Law School, where he graduated with his J.D. in 2009. Kyle was admitted to the California State Bar in 2010 and became a member of the Washington State Bar Association in 2016.
