Jeremy Muth – Attorney at Law

Jeremy L. Muth joined Davis Law Group in 2024 after spending the previous seven years representing various insurance companies and their insureds in litigation cases. Jeremy has been licensed in Washington state since 2017 and his experience representing both plaintiffs and insurers has given him the necessary expertise to fight for his clients.

Background & Personal Interests

After growing up in California, Jeremy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix before attending Willamette University’s College of Law in Salem, Oregon, where he earned his law degree in 2015.

Jeremy began his legal career as a Law Clerk with the Western District of Washington’s Federal Public Defender office, where he gained invaluable experience in court and conducting complex legal research.

From there, Jeremy spent two years as a Law Clerk at a private firm while he completed law school, before eventually earning his first opportunity in the world of insurance litigation.

Having always wanted to represent the victims of serious accidents rather than insurance companies, Jeremy joined the team at Davis Law Group Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers in 2024.

Jeremy’s knowledge of insurance defense strategy is an invaluable asset in representing victims of serious accidents and their families. He takes a unique approach to each individual case, and his extensive court experience helps each of his clients achieve the best possible results.

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
