Q13 FOX News - On Thursday, November 30, 2017 the attorney representing the owners of four pit bull dogs that attacked and seriously injured a UPS driver in Puyallup in September made arguments in front of a Pierce County Hearing Examiner asking to appeal the dangerous dog declaration issued by Pierce County Animal Control. The lawyer representing the owners responsible for the animals involved in the attack stated that his clients believe that the dogs, currently held in the Pierce County Humane Society, do not fit the definition of a dangerous animals and should be returned. The hearing examiner says that he will return a decision in the dog bite lawsuit within the next two weeks.
