Attorney Chris Davis has filed a $5 million claim on behalf of the mother of Ceasar Medina, a 17-year-old boy who was shot to death by a felon who should have been behind bars. An error in the Washington State Department of Corrections' computer system resulted in the early release of an estimated 3,200 prisoners.
"No parent should be alive to see their child die. And when you consider the egregious mistake the department committed, and how systemic it was, it's adding insult to injury."
- Attorney Chris Davis
