Coke Truck Causes Major Accident On I-405

serious crash with coca cola truck

Davis Law Group has been retained by a victim of a serious semi truck accident involving a Coca Cola truck.  The accident happened on a rainy February day in 2016 on southbound I-405 just north of SR 167.

According to the Washington State Patrol collision report, the Coca-Cola semi-truck was traveling at a speed that was too fast for the roadway and traffic conditions.  He was unable to stop in time when stop-and-go traffic slowed and his semi jack knifed to the left into other lanes of travel.  He then swerved to try to avoid traffic in front of him but pushed multiple vehicles into one another.  Both cars suffered serious damage while the semi truck had only minor damage.

Our client seriously injured his right hand/wrist; suffered back injuries; bruised/dislocated ribs; and other injuries as a result of the crash.

Below are Washington State Patrol investigation photographs illustrating the damage done to the vehicles involved.
