Drunk Driver Had Suspended License
The family of R.H., a 17-year-old drunk driving accident victim, has retained Davis Law Group to represent her in possible legal action related to an accident that took place in April 2018 Seatac, WA.
R.H. was driving southbound on I‑5 approaching 200th when a drunk driver with a suspended license struck the rear passenger side, causing both cars to spin. Her car drove into a street light pole and into a ditch, totaling her 2010 GMC Yukon XL. The defendant’s 2016 Ford Explorer was also totaled.

R.H. sustained four fractures to her lumbar spine, a compression fracture to her spine.. Due to the extent of her injuries and treatment required, R.H. is unable to participate in athletics and extracurricular activities for her senior year of high school.
R.H. was the victim of this horrible accident. The actions and conduct of the at-fault driver have been under investigation by Washington State Patrol.
