Collision Results in Neck Fracture and Dislocated Shoulder
H.R. has retained Davis Law Group, to represent her in possible legal action related to an accident that took place on in January 2018 in Auburn, WA.
H.R. was driving a 2003 BMW X5 and was t‑boned on the driver's side by the defendant, driving a 2004 GMC Sierra, who failed to yield the right of way.
H.R. sustained a fracture to her neck and a dislocation to the AC joint in her shoulder, as well as damage to her ribs and surrounding muscles, which makes if difficult and painful to breathe.
H.R. was the victim of this horrible accident. The actions and conduct of the at-fault driver have been under investigation by Auburn Police Department.
The at-fault driver’s insurance, State Farm, offered only $1,250 for these significant injuries that require extensive treatment.
