McDonnel v. Alavi
February 13, 2017 – Seattle, WA - Davis Law Group, P.S., has filed a civil lawsuit (17 2 06015 1 SEA) in Superior Court of King County on behalf of the victim of a scooter accident that took place on April 7, 2014 in Seattle in which a Suzuki scooter was struck by a Honda del Sol.
The accident took place at Stone Avenue North and North 128th Street where the intersection is controlled by a four-way stop. The defendant ran the stop sign and crashed into the scooter, throwing the victim to the ground.
The victim suffered injuries to his right leg, right knee, right foot, and his right hand. He also suffered facial injuries, lost teeth and a concussion when his head hit the ground. He was transported via ambulance to Harborview and later had surgery to address the serious injuries to his hand.
