LAWSUIT FILED: Caldwell vs. Grays Harbor County and City of Hoquiam

Davis Law Group has filed a lawsuit against Grays Harbor County, Washington and the City of Hoquiam, Washington on behalf of pitbull attack victim Kary L. Caldwell.  

Lawsuit alleges that on or about September 27, 2009, without warning or provocation, the pit bull dog known as “Temper” lunged at Kary Caldwell and viciously attacked her.  Defendants Grays Harbor County, City of Hoquiam, Shawn Smith, Jennifer Smith and James Thompson had prior actual and/or constructive knowledge that their Pit Bull dog “Temper” had aggressive and vicious tendencies which posed an unreasonably dangerous risk of serious bodily injury or death to other domestic animals and humans.
