Witnesses Wanted In Interbay-Area Pedestrian Accident

More public safety issues in the Interbay neighborhood.  The victim of a December 2019 pedestrian accident at the corner of 15th Avenue West and West Howe Street in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood has retained Davis Law Group to represent him in possible legal action.  The firm is seeking information and/or photos from witnesses.  

On December 4th at approximately 2:18 PM pm a 2017 Hyundai Elantra was traveling westbound on West Howe Street and was attempting a left turn onto 15th Ave West when he struck the pedestrian.

The pedestrian was in a marked crosswalk and moving with the “walk” signal in his favor.  

Seattle Fire Department and Seattle Police Department first responders strapped the victim to a back board and transported him to Harborview Medical Center where he was treated for broken ribs and injuries to his legs, arms, head, hips, elbows, and wrists.

The driver of the vehicle was cited for inattention to driving.
