The victims of a November 2018 Federal Way rear-end accident that was captured via dashcam have retained Davis Law Group to represent them in possible legal action related to the crash.
On November 7, 2018 the victims, in a 2018 Ford F150, were completely stopped in heavy rush-hour traffic at approx 8:25am when a distracted driver in a 2014 Mercedes Benz C class rear-ended a 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit pushing it into the pickup.
The driver of the Mercedes told police that he was looking away from the road in front of him when he crashed into the VW.
The rear-facing dashcam that was mounted inside the Ford clearly shows that the Mercedes was traveling at a high rate of speed and made no effort to slow or stop before crashing into the VW. It shows crash debris flying 10 feet or more into the air before the VW was forced into the Ford.
Our clients suffered injuries that include bulging discs as C5, C6, and C7 as well as herniations of the inter-vertebral disc at the C5-C6 level. These injuries have caused the victims headaches; back pain; arm weakness; leg weakness; and other injuries.
