A Kirkland man who was injured when a Chinook Charter Services bus rear-ended his car in February 2018 has retained Davis Law Group to represent him and his children in possible legal action related to the accident.
Then man had picked his two children up from an after-school program and was heading home on northbound I-405 near SR-520 in heavy stop-and-go traffic. It was a dark and rainy Thursday afternoon. He was traveling at about 15 mph with the charter bus that was following too closely suddenly rear-ended his vehicle.
According to Washington State Patrol and Bellevue Police Department investigation reports, the bus was full of passengers at the time of the crash. The driver of the bus received a citation. The bus is owned by Monroe, Ltd.
The car accident victim’s vehicle sustained over $10,000 in damage. And he suffered neck, back and head injuries that have required substantial medical treatment.
