Job Description: You should expect to hit the ground running by taking over a number of active cases, to include all aspects of PI litigation practice (e.g., depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, arbitrations, mediations, etc.). Must be prepared to quickly engage in a demanding litigation practice with minimal supervision. 

Experience: Successful candidates for this position are preferred to have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of strong civil litigation experience. Insurance defense attorneys are welcome to apply. Prior plaintiff's personal injury experience is a big plus. You should expect to hit the ground running by taking over a number of active cases, to include all aspects of plaintiff's PI practice (e.g., depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, trial preparation, etc.). 

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, plus bonus, health/dental insurance, 401(k). and potential for profit share.  

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of civil litigation experience preferred (actual trial and arbitration experience a big plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and willingness to work long hours if necessary to serve the client
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of other people
  • No disciplinary record or problems
  • WSBA membership required
