In December 2004, S.B. was the restrained front seat passenger of a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. She was traveling on Woodinville/Redmond Road in Woodinville, WA. The Silverado pulled out of a driveway and as they were traveling down the street, they were rear ended by B.S.
S.B. did nothing to contribute to the cause of the crash and could do nothing to avoid the collision. B.S. was negligent when she slammed into S.B.’s vehicle. S.B. suffered personal injuries as a result of the collision.
S.B. sustained the following injuries in this accident:
1) Cervical strain;
2) Thoracic strain;
3) Disc protrusion at L5 – S1;
4) Right L5 radiculopathy;
5) Neck pain;
6) Low back pain;
7) Hip pain;
8) Leg pain.
