A man who was seriously injured in the accident involving a Metro bus which crashed into a building in Belltown has hired Davis Law Group to represent him in possible legal action relating to the crash.
The crash occurred on Saturday afternoon at approximately 3:45 p.m. according to news reports. 13 people in total were injured in the collision, one of which was killed.
Initial reports indicate that a Red Saturn sedan was driving southbound on 5th Avenue when it collided with a King County Metro bus that was traveling eastbound on Battery Street.
No one was inside of the building that was struck by the bus and there was no structural damage to the building, according to Seattle Fire Department officials. Police are investigating whether drugs or alcohol may have played a role in the collision.
