Updated on: 11/25/2019

Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, the driver of the pickup involved in the horrific seven fatality crash was arrested Monday morning on seven counts of negligent homicide according to New Hampshire State Police.

Investigations into what directly caused the incident are ongoing, however when state police searched the drivers home packets with residue of what is believed at this time to be heroin were found. While he is not currently facing additional drug charges, additional tests for narcotics could lead to new charges.

According to arrest records, Zhukovskyy has a history of drunk driving incidents including an arrest in Connecticut as recently as May 11th as well as another back in 2013.

Wrongful Death in Motorcycle Accidents

Unfortunately, accidents involving motorcyclists can often involve devastating consequences and even when not fatal, can forever alter the lives of the riders involved. The costs involved in accidents like this can be immense, and the toll taken on loved ones even greater.

Riders involved in motorcycle accidents should always consult with qualified personal injury lawyer to see if you have a valid claim for additional damages.
