A 63-year-old man from Tacoma was killed Monday afternoon after his motorcycle crashed on U.S. Highway 12 west of Naches.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), Terry Stoltenberg was westbound on U.S. 12 at approximately 4 p.m. Monday when he lost control of the motorcycle during a right turn. Stoltenberg crashed the bike into a guardrail on the side of the highway and was pronounced dead at the scene.
WSP officials are still investigating the cause of the motorcycle accident. They said it is unclear if drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash.
