UPS Accident Victim Attorney
Davis Law Group has successfully represented victims of UPS accidents and families who lost a family member in an Auburn scooter pedestrian accident. Attorney Chris Davis has been interviewed by local news media regarding some of the UPS cases.
On November 18, 2013, Brittany Jackson was a pedestrian at the intersection of Andover Park West and Minkler Blvd in Tukwila. A UPS delivery truck driver hit her while she was walking with the signal in a marked crosswalk. The UPS driver pulled over, interacted with Ms. Jackson, then left the scene without calling 911 or assisting the victim.
Ms. Jackson suffered serious injuries as a result of being hit by the UPS truck. Davis Law Group was hired to represent Ms. Jackson in her legal claim for fair compensation for the damages she suffered as a result of being hit by the UPS truck.
