Don’t run from the Washington State patrol if you have a DOC warrant and go through a high-speed chase though residential area of SeaTac this is not good and end up crashing the car and running over a pedestrian not good at all #Q13FOX pic.twitter.com/RRNewgkffM

Recovery Options For Pedestrian Accident Victims
Reports indicate the man struck in this accident may have been crossing the street at the time of the collision, which in some cases could lead to questions of who may truly be at fault.
However, in this incident, with documented speeding and fleeing authorities in the moments leading up to the collision, seem to imply that even in a case of potential comparative negligence, the balance of negligence between the two parties would sit more firmly on the side of the driver.
Without more detail however, we cannot know exactly where any amount of liability may lie, what we can know is that from all appearances the damages sustained by the pedestrian are likely far greater than those suffered by the driver.
Pedestrian accidents often lead to serious injuries including TBI's, Spinal or pelvic injuries, bone fractures, or severe lacerations.
Each of these injuries could come with life-altering consequences and hundreds of thousands in medical bills that without proper representation could fall upon a victim to take on.
