Serious Accident in Normandy Park, Nearly Causes Boy Brain Damage
A woman was just charged with reckless endangerment after a serious auto accident occurred on August 26, 2011. She was driving her SUV and allegedly told her son and two friends to ride on her back bumper, causing one of the boys to fall off the vehicle and fracture his skull.
The 49-year-old Normandy Park resident Carmen Duncanson was driving down her very long and steep private driveway when her 13-year-old son and two of his friends (who are brothers) stood on the rear bumper.
