What Can You Do After Wrongful Death DUI Collisions?
While the investigation into this collision has not concluded at this point, initial reporting indicating the driver was intoxicated at the time of the collision is all we can base any analysis of this accident on at this time.
A driver being intoxicated simplifies the question of liability and fault unless very surprising new information arises, but that does little to help a family grieving their loss.
Attempting to recover damages after a collision like this can be challenging for families despite the clear liability due to the complex and high-stakes process of wrongful death claims.
That's why Davis Law Group offers accident victims and their loved ones free case evaluations to help break down the recovery process and chart the best possible course for their claim and even determine whether they need an attorney or not.
