Witnesses Wanted: Lab Mix Had A History Of Aggressive Behavior & Prior Attacks On Humans
Elma, WA - Kelly Bundy has retained Davis Law Group, an award-winning, Seattle-based civil litigation firm, to represent her in possible legal action related to a dog bite incident that took place on January 23, 2016 in Elma, Washington.
Kelly was bitten on the nose by a female labrador retriever mix dog that had a reputation for being aggressive and had bitten another neighbor earlier in the week. The dog is black and goes by the name Gypsy.
Kelly was the victim of this dog attack. She required immediate medical attention at a local emergency room and will need cosmetic surgery in the future. The actions and conduct of the dog's owner are under investigation by Mason County Seriff's Office and local animal control officials.
