Multiple Injury Drunk Driving Collisions
Drunk driving is a scourge on our roads in this state that causes unnecessary pain suffering and death for drivers in our state and across the country.
Head-on collisions are some of the most deadly crashes on our roads due to the nature of both vehicles impacting each other with full impact.
Every death as a result of a drunk driver is preventable and the family members of victims killed by a drunk driver are faced with the long and treacherous recovery process.
Due to the number of people injured in this accident, even if the at-fault driver carried significant coverage, there is a chance that victims may be faced with limited compensation as the one driver's policy would be stretched to attempt to cover all eight parties harmed.
Accident cases with multiple injured parties can pit the injured parties against each other for the limited recovery funds available.
This makes having the best representation possible by your side through the recovery process even more crucial for accident victims who now must go against insurance companies as well as other accident victims for what limited recovery funds may be available.
