Seattle attorney and Davis Law Group founder Chris Davis recently made an appearance on the Dori Monson Show on KIRO News to set the record straight about the many issues at play in the Sound Transit bus crash that killed two people and seriously injured another.
For those unfamiliar with the case, Robert and Elizabeth Rotta were killed in a collision with a Sound Transit bus in 2013. Their son, Ken, was also seriously injured in the collision.
The bus driver, Aleksandr Ruklin, had initially blamed the crash on a malfunctioning brake pedal. But investigators have since ruled out this claim as a possible contributing factor to the collision, leaving many questions about what exactly may have caused the fatal crash.
Mr. Davis appeared on KIRO News Radio to discuss the case with radio personality Dori Monson and clear up some of the misconceptions of the civil case, which is ongoing.
