Award-winning Washington Personal injury attorney Chris Davis, founder and principal attorney at Davis Law Group, P.S. in Seattle, was interviewed by the Q13 Fox news team on August 16 in regard to the King County Metro Transit bus driver who was shot in the arm by an unruly passenger in downtown Seattle last week.
According to various news reports since the incident, the security cameras that monitor all activity on-board the two King County Metro Transit buses involved in the incident experienced some sort of malfunction at the time of the shooting. This has made investigation into the incident difficult as authorities and King County Metro Transit have been unable to obtain video recordings of the incident in real-time.
Because video evidence can be so crucial in the investigation process, the malfunction of the camera equipment has presented a bit of a challenge to authorities and King County Metro Transit as well. Because of his expertise in the legal field, particularly when a person is injured in an auto accident, Chris Davis was asked to provide some legal commentary about the incident on Q13 Fox news on August 16.
