Did you Know?- An average teenager, will send and receive text messages 5 times more a day than a typical adult.
- It is estimated by AT&T that the amount of texts that are sent in 2011, will nearly double the amount sent two years ago.
- If you are texting, your eyes will be off the road for an average of 5 seconds. If you are traveling 55 miles per hour, that is like driving the length of a football field completely blind.
- Those who partake in texting while driving, are 23 times more likely to be in an accident.
