Wrongful Death Hit-And-Run Claims

Hit-and-run accidents have the potential to leave victims with little to no recourse for recovery which can be especially devistating for loved ones who may be simply looking for closure after a tragic accident takes the life of a loved one.

Without being able to identify an at fault driver, victims are left to their own devices to pay for expenses caused by crashes like this, whether they be recovery costs in the hospital or funeral and other expenses that can rack up a surprising amount after a fatal crash

For drivers any personal injury protection (PIP) or uninsured motorist protection (UIM) carried by the victim would become applicaple if an at fault driver is not identified, but for vicims not driving their vehicle at the time of the collision claiming these protections could be more complicated.

Insurance companies can make the process of recovering funds from policies that are rightfully owed far more difficult and complex than they need to be, which is why it's important for anyone who's been the victim of a serious bicycle accident to get the best team possible on their side.
