2 Hospitalized in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Kennewick

Updated on: 3/11/2019

A multi-vehicle car accident in Kennewick resulted in two people being taken to a nearby hospital, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).

The WSP reports that 29-year-old Alexey Castillo of Kennewick was driving a tractor-trailer in the left lane when he struck a 2010 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by 50-year-old Scott Herman. The impact caused Herman’s vehicle to collide with a 2002 Dodge Intrepid driven by 21-year-old Angela Storme of Spokane.

Storme and her 24-year-old passenger, identified as Jeremy Dewitt of Spokane, were both taken to Kennewick General Hospital to be treated for their injuries. Castillo was cited for negligent driving at the scene of the crash.
