DESCRIPTION: Twelve people were injured in a seven-car pileup in South Everett around 6 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Three victims were treated on the scene for minor injuries, but the remaining nine victims, including three children, were transported to Providence Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the accident is still unknown, and is currently under investigation.
