Gregory S Hampton, 52, was struck and killed by a vehicle as he was changing a tire Wednesday night at 7:10pm on the onramp to Main Street from Interstate 5 southbound.
According to the State Patrol the accident was blamed on driver inattention but the remains under investigation.
