The firm employs a full time client relations manager whose primary job function is to develop client education materials that, created from the client's point of view, helps them fully understand the legal process and the services being provided by the firm. Each client is given a satisfaction survey at the beginning and end of his/her relationship with the firm so we can constantly learn more about how we can improve the client experience.

Davis Law Group’s client relations manager spent 15 years in the high tech industry before joining DLG and helps bring the spirit of technology innovation to the practice of law. Most law firms use some sort of practice management software to help manage client records. But Davis Law Group strives to ‘take it to the next level’ by making huge steps toward digitizing all incoming and outgoing communications, records, etc. with the goal of being a paperless office in the near future.
