Bus Driver On Cell Phone Kills Pedestrian
In Clevland, Ohio a bus driver has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide in connection with the death of a pedestrian who was stuck by the bus while the driver was using a cell phone. Driver Angela Williams has also been charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular homicide in death of Patrick Merrill, of Berea, Ohio.
Apparently Williams was talking on a cell phone when she struck and killed Merrill in a crosswalk in downtown Cleveland.
