Davis Law Group Client Accident Report
In July 2002, JC was a front seat passenger in a 1999 Saturn SL2 being driven by KC on 348th/Highway 18 in Federal Way, Washington. KC stopped for a traffic light at the intersection of 348th/Highway 18 and Enchanted Parkway. They were then suddenly slammed from behind by CSH. They did nothing to contribute to the cause of the car crash and could do nothing to avoid the collision—they were helpless to avoid the accident. CSH was negligent when she slammed into the back of their vehicle.
JC is 27 years-old. He lives with his girlfriend KC in Redmond, Washington. JC is employed full time as a chef at a restaurant in Woodinville, Washington. In his spare time, JC enjoys playing basketball, weight lifting and running. JC suffered personal injuries as a result of the collision including neck and back injuries that seriously impacted his ability to participate in his favorite activities.
