NEWS: Pizza Hut to Pay Millions For Delivery Driver Negligence

Pizza Hut delivery driver crossed the center line into oncoming traffic causing a head-on collision. The delivery driver was only 18 years old with limited experience operating a motor vehicle and had a history of lapses of consciousness. The driver and passenger of the victim vehicle suffered a number of serious injuries including catastrophic brain injury, multi-level neck fracture, and other injures which now require 24 hour care.

A jury awarded the victims of the delivery driver accident at total of $10.8 million dollars in damages.
