Superior Court Arbitrator. 2001 to present.
Most Superior Courts in the state of Washington have an
arbitration department where the parties agree to have their
case decided by an experienced attorney (or arbitrator)
instead of a judge or jury. Mr. Davis has been appointed an
arbitrator by the Superior Courts located in King County,
Snohomish County, and Pierce County. As an arbitrator, Mr.
Davis is responsible for deciding issues of law and findings
of fact in various types of civil lawsuits.
