A 39 year-old woman and former nurse sustained a traumatic brain injury and spine fractures when another vehicle pulled out in front of her on a major aterial road.  Investigation showed that the county had parked a large dump truck at the intersection which affected the other driver's ability to see traffic.  Medical bills exceeded $300,000.  Lost earnings valued at more than $1 Million.  Future medical valued at more than $2M.
