Back Injury Victim Gets Half-Million Dollar Car Accident Settlement

DLG settled a back surgery case for $500,000.  The surgery was for injuries that Rene Wellenger* received in a T-bone accident in 2006.  Her medical bills totaled $43,667, including the lumbar laminectomy surgery she received on her low back.
