$420,000 Settlement For Child Suffering TBI

A young girl suffered a brain injury after being struck by a car on her bicycle.  She suffered fractures and underwent an emergency craniotomy.  She has permanent loss of hearing.  The insurance company denied liability by arguing that the girl rode into the street without looking.  Mr. Davis recovered all of the insurance available - just $420,000.
