$420,000 Settlement For 7 yr old Hit on Bicycle

A seven (7) year old girl rides her bike directly in front of a moving vehicle going 20 mph.  She sustains a traumatic brain injury with hearing loss. The insurance companies argue that the young child was at fault and deny the claim.  The settlement was for all of the insurance proceeds available under three separate policies.
