$2,150,000 Settlement for Victim of Drunk Driving Collision

Our client, a 22-year old man was ejected from a vehicle while a front seat passenger when the vehicle lost control and went off the road.  The driver was intoxicated and later convicted of DUI and vehicular assault. Our client spent 31 days at Harborview Medical Center.  He received multiple pelvic fractures, and a traumatic brain injury.  He made a near full recovery.  A year and a half later our client went back to school to finish his degree.
