$150,000 Injury Caused by "Runaway Tire" Off a Boat Trailer

A 23 year old young man was injured while riding his motorcycle on Interstate 5 near Tacoma.  A vehicle pulling a boat trailer in the opposite direction lost a wheel off the trailer.  The wheel spun off, crossed the median and entered into the oncoming lanes where it struck my client.  He crashed and laid down his bike.  He suffered neck and hip injuries (non-surgical).  Medical bills were approx. $17,500.
