Randy A. Phipps, 44, of Yakima, was headed west on I-82 in his Kia Sportage when he drove off the left shoulder, overcorrected, then rolled over.

Phipps wasn't wearing a seat belt, the Washington State Patrol said.

Phipps was transferred from a local hospital to Harborview Medical Center where he was listed in satisfactory condition.
