WSDOT Worker Pinned Between Car and Light Pole, In Critical Condition

WSDOT worker pinned between car and pole
A WSDOT worker was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center this afternoon after a three-car crash on Camano Island. The collision happened near the intersection of Highway 532 at Sunrise Boulevard.

A Ford pickup struck rear ended a Honda Accord, stopped at a red light. The rear end collision caused the pickup to veer to the right and hit a DOT signal maintenance truck. This pinned the worker between his truck and the street light pole.

He has a serious injury along with other possible life-threatening injuries, according to medics. The driver of the Honda and passenger and the pickup truck driver received minor injuries.

The worker is in serious condition and will have immediate surgery.

Davis Law Group
is praying for the victim in this unfortunate accident.
