Wrong-way, DUI collision on Highway 99 leads to arrest

A man was driving the wrong way on Highway 99 in South Seattle early Thursday when he collided with another vehicle. When the police arrived at the scene, the driver tried to flee but was caught and arrested for DUI, among other charges. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital for serious injuries.
